I seriously don't wanna work on weekends.. so hmmm i shall declare SAT off~ SERIOUSLY OFF~ hahahaha... no work no work no work~~ hahhaha.... (i can so imagine myself going back to office on a particular sat and work...sian) hhhaha so many pple have left the company. TOO many. Oh well... i dun wanna talk abt work...
Yup.. no work on sat... so I MADE CURRY PUFFS~ i learnt it from a cooking class organised by Nick's company.. Peggy jio us one..haha...this world is totally SMALL.. cos the instructor is KIMSENG's mum!! hahhhahah... so qiao... ANYWAYS... i tried to follow her receipe... but I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I DO NOT HAVE A WEIGHING MACHINE FOR FOOD AT HOME~ so alot of things were prepare via AGAR-ATION hahahaaa... so in the end... my puff skin was too soft (too much water or butter) and my curry was too wet and kinda tasteless.. can't find that blardie A1 sauce thingy.... hahahaha... had a hard time frying them but nevertheless... I MADE CURRY PUFFS~ hahhahahaha... yup yup.. not VERY tasty so i will work harder next time~ and when i get the WEIGHING MACHINE then i will know what went wrong... roar!!!!! so Attempt 1 Curry Puff - FAILED~ hahahah... i very strick one..
